Shipping policy

U.S. Domestic Shipping

  • All orders ship from Louisville, Kentucky.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before shipment. During drops or peak seasons, it may take longer.

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email, followed by tracking updates once your package ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” to the address you provided, Wild Thing$ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If you believe your package was misdelivered, contact Support@wildthingsbrand.com and we’ll do our best to assist.


Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order

  • Pre-orders and made-to-order pieces ship once stock becomes available.

  • Estimated shipping timelines are listed on the product page.

  • Tracking will be emailed once your item ships.

  • Please note: pre-orders and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded.


International Shipping

  • All international orders ship Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU).

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at the time of delivery.

  • Wild Thing$ cannot calculate these fees in advance and is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Returns & Exchanges (U.S. Orders Only)

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Sale, pre-order, and made-to-order items are final sale.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (shipping costs are non-refundable).

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability; if unavailable, you may request store credit or a refund.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped.

  • For in-stock items, if you need to cancel, email Support@wildthingsbrand.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to assist.

  • Pre-orders and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
